Kokedama Make & Take

Join us on Friday, April 25th at 6pm for a class led by Roaming roots Plant Co. Kokedama, meaning “moss ball” in Japanese, is a centuries old gardening art that originated from bonsai tradition. The class ($40 per person) covers materials, plants, basic care tips, and ideal plants for Kokedama. Perfect for plant enthusiasts and beginners! Contact the Library to sign up. Payment must be collected to hold your spot.

Pottery Class

Join us on Sunday, March 23rd at 2pm for a special pottery class, led by Fury Art. Come make a pot, bowl, mug, cup, flowerpot, or vase, where you get to decorate and choose your colors. Pots will be taken and fired in your chosen glaze, and then returned to the Library for pickup. The cost is $52.60 per person, and must be purchased online through the artist’s event link here. No experience necessary, and children 8+ can register with an adult.

Adult Stained Glass Workshop

Join us on Sunday, October 6th at 2pm for a stained glass workshop. Each person will make one of the following options: peace sign, tree, pumpkin, or leaf. (Choice made upon sign up.) The cost is $50, and must be paid to reserve your seat. Contact the Library for more information and to register.
